The Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Kosovo has finalized its work and formally approved the Proposed Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and submitted it to the President of the Republic of Kosovo during a ceremony organized especially for this purpose. The President of the Republic of Kosovo will soon present the Proposed Constitution to the Assembly of Kosovo for its approval.The Constitutional Commission worked for over a year in preparing a Draft Constitution that reflects the will of the people of Kosovo and our institutions’ commitment to build a democratic country guided by best international principles and standards.
